Thank you! It was a pleasure doing business with a quality company. Your team performed every task with a great attitude, and good work ethics. The quality of the work was exceptional and the clean up after a full day of work was again above any expectation I had going into this project. John has trained these guys well, he assigned jobs and his team jumped into the project enthused and knowledgeable. Surprisingly, to me when there was a question both Doug and Isiah went right to John for clarification. After 40 years leading a customer service and production group of 700 individuals, I found it of amazing that they would not "just do what they thought best" and asked the Boss to lead them in the correct direction. It was a clear indication of the training that Bell Electric offers its employees. It was refreshing to see the great quality of the employees at Bell Electric.

I worked with Zachary Tucker this morning at Luther Memorial Lutheran Church. Zachary provided excellent, thorough evaluation of our problem with the function of our parking lot lights. The circuit provided some challenges that Zachary explored so that he solved the problem. We have been struggling with the absence of parking lot lights since early November. We probably should have called Bell Electric sooner. However, we are in the midst of a renovation project and there was a possibility that interrupted electrical circuits in this project caused the problem. It turns out their work is totally unrelated to the parking lot problem. I did thank Zachary for his excellent work. I wanted you to know how satisfied I am with his careful attention to details and tenacity in solving the problems.

I wanted to send a quick follow up email to thank both Jan and Erin for their
help with getting my bathroom fan fixed. They both solved 3 weeks worth of frustration for me, and I'm so grateful for their help getting that resolved. The first contractor the warranty company sent looked at the fan and said it couldn't be replaced without tearing out my ceiling (which I knew wasn't true). Erin knocked that "impossible job" out in 2.5 hours and left my home completely spotless. They were both an amazing example of work expertise and customer service excellence. Matt from Bell Electric did several jobs around my house. I could not be happier. He was professional, on time, clean (cleaned up after the work) and respectful. He took the time to explain what would be done and was patient when answering my many questions. I would highly recommend this company and will use them again in the future!
I was very impressed with Bell Electric. I called them at 9:30am, and they were at my house by 10am to give me a free estimate. The electrician, a really nice and personable guy, located the problem almost immediately, and had it fixed within 15 minutes. The pricing was very reasonable, and the service was great.

We run a couple of small businesses and have around 10 residences which we maintain. Bell Electric is on speed dial on our cell phones. Also, I have the cell phones for several of the individual electricians so that we can fine tune the time of their service calls. I highly recommend Bell Electric. They have rewired completely at least 4 units running new wiring and have maintained the other residences. They have replaced several circuit breaker boxes, traced buried wires outside, been involved with the replacement of several electric meters where APCO was standing by to reconnect the power. ETC! Yes, I recommend them. I have never called them back to redo anything because their jobs have been done right. They have been there in the pouring, freezing rain in the middle of the night to deal with emergencies. I am very grateful for contractors who take care of their clients.

Bell was great. Our project was to remove the track lighting in the stairwell of our rental condo and replace it with a hanging fixture so that renters could easily change bulbs. They brought several ladders to accommodate the different heights in the stairwell and even ran to Heavener's to get a hook for the fixture. They were very knowledgeable and most helpful. I will definitely hire them again for all our needs.
A special, warm-hearted "THANK YOU!" to Bell Electric, Maggie Roston, and Chris Roberts! They have kindly installed a LED Flood light and mechanical timer behind the YMCA Thrift Store for greater visibility in a usually dark, high-traffic donation area.
This light will make it safer and easier for those sorting out donations graciously given to the store! Thank you to Bell Electric, Maggie Roston, and Chris Roberts, for their labor and substantial contribution to making the YMCA a safer environment for all. I noticed the Bell Electric Company in Blacksburg while visiting my doctor's office next door. I had a variety of electrical tasks (indoor lightning, outdoor lightning, switch replacement, ceiling fan replacement) to be done at my house and was no longer able to get anything done by my regular contractor. I assumed Bell Electric only provided commercial services but decided to give them a call. I was very pleased to learn that they did perform residential services with no task too small or too large. John Allen came to my home as scheduled and provided me with a written estimate a few days later. We scheduled the service. He showed up a few minutes early and performed all tasks in less time than originally estimated. I was even able to leave John in my home alone while I had several doctor's appointments and thus was gone much of the day while John performed work. John is extremely professional, very friendly, and extraordinarily trustworthy. A really top notch employee! The work done was fantastic, ahead of schedule, and absolutely no mess left at all. Their rates are reasonable and on par with any other electric company. I would not hesitate to contact Bell Electric again for any kind of electric work at my home.
