Chris Roberts

Owner - Master electrician

Chris' electrical career started with Bell Electric in 2005 after graduating from Virginia Tech with a mechanical engineering degree. In 2008, he left to start Baseline Solar Solutions, a company Bell now shares office and warehouse space with.

In 2018 Chris purchased Bell Electric from longtime owner Steve Gerus. He manages all phases of the business and holds a Virginia Master Electrician license.

If he's not at the office you can find him running equipment or riding a bicycle.

Dani

Office Manager

Dani joined Bell Electric in March of 2025 with a background in customer service, hospital management and invoicing.

Dani moved here from California in 2022 where she worked in veterinary clinics for 10 years as a veterinary technician and supervisor until she came to us. In her spare time, she still works with animals, enjoys reading, spending time with all of her animals and working on needle point projects.

Isiah Allen

Service Technician

Isiah got started on the Bell service team more than six years ago. He's an incredibly hard worker and is meticulous about the small details of a project.

In his free time he enjoys spending time outdoors and is a skilled woodworker.

Zach Tucker

Service Technician

Zach began working with the service department in 2020. He is hard-working, detail-oriented, and self-admittedly a bit of a perfectionist.

Zach is very passionate about electrical work and loves building his knowledge about the trade. His goal is to become a licensed electrician.

Andrew Stauning

Service Technician

Andrew began his electrical career in California in 2018 and has been with Bell since 2023. He continues to gain hours and experience he can use to get his license.

In his free time, Andrew enjoys taking, editing, and printing photographs.

John Allen

Service Manager - Master electrician

John has been with Bell for over twelve years and oversees our service department. His exemplary focus on customer service and satisfaction has helped Bell consistently exceed customer expectations. He has twenty years of experience in the electrical field and holds a Master Electrician license in Virginia.

Prior to joining Bell Electric, John worked as a residential electrician on new-construction builds in California.

Erin Hudgins

Senior Service Technician -

Master Electrician

Erin joined the Bell Electric service team in the spring of 2018. She completed a certificate in Electrical studies from New River Community College, received her Journeyman License in 2022 and her Master License in 2024.

Erin has a bachelor's degree in design from Virginia Commonwealth University and brings creativity and attention to detail to her work. She would love to one day combine her passions of art and electricity to create custom light fixtures for homes and businesses.

Doug Carey

Service Technician

Doug has been with the Bell Electric service team since 2019. He started as a part-time helper but loved the work so much that he is now full time. Doug is a hard worker with a great sense of humor!

Néstor Velásquez

Service Technician

With a 12-year track record in maintenance and electrical projects at other companies, Néstor joined the Bell Electric team in January 2024 and is working to obtain his license.

He enjoys spending time with his family and is passionate about PLC programming.
